3 cups of Banaplus green banana flour
1 cup of warm milk

1/2 cup of brown sugar
2 tablespoons of ground cinnamon
1/4 cup of melted butter
For the glaze (optional):
1 cup of powdered sugar
2-3 tablespoons of milk
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Preparation:
Activate the yeast:
In a small bowl, mix the warm milk with the sugar and add the dry yeast. Let it rest for 5-10 minutes until the mixture bubbles, indicating that the yeast is active.Prepare the dough:
In a large bowl, mix the Banaplus green banana flour, salt, and cinnamon.
Add the activated yeast mixture, melted butter, and egg. Mix well until a homogeneous dough forms.
Knead for about 5-7 minutes. The dough should be soft, but if it’s too sticky, you can add a little more green banana flour.
Place the dough in a lightly greased bowl, cover it with a clean cloth, and let it rest in a warm place for 1-2 hours, until the dough has doubled in size.Prepare the filling:
In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar and cinnamon.
Melt the butter and set it aside.Assemble the rolls:
Once the dough has risen, roll it out with a rolling pin on a lightly floured surface, forming a rectangle about 1 cm thick.
Spread the melted butter over the rolled dough and evenly sprinkle the brown sugar and cinnamon mixture.
Carefully roll the dough from one long side, forming a cylinder.
Cut the cylinder into rolls about 2-3 cm thick.Bake:
Place the rolls on a greased baking sheet, leaving a small space between them.
Cover the rolls with a cloth and let them rest for an additional 30 minutes to rise a bit more.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Bake the rolls for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.Prepare the glaze (optional):
In a bowl, mix the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Drizzle the glaze over the warm cinnamon rolls.
