Waffles

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of Banavital green banana flour

  • 1/2 cup of oat flour or almond flour (optional, for extra fluffiness)

  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 1/4 cups of milk (you can use almond milk, coconut milk, or your preferred type)

  • 2 tablespoons of melted butter or coconut oil

  • 1 tablespoon of honey or sweetener to taste (optional)

  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract (optional)

Preparation:

  1. Prepare the batter:

    • In a large bowl, mix the Banavital green banana flour, oat flour (if using), baking powder, and salt.

    • In another bowl, beat the eggs, milk, melted butter (or coconut oil), honey, and vanilla until well combined.

    • Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix gently until the batter is smooth and lump-free. If the batter is too thick, add a little more milk.

  2. Cook the waffles:

    • Preheat the waffle maker and lightly grease it with oil or butter to prevent sticking.

    • Pour the batter into the hot waffle maker, making sure to distribute it evenly.

    • Cook the waffles for 3-5 minutes, or until they are golden and crispy on the outside.

    • Repeat the process with the remaining batter.

  3. Serve:

    • Serve the waffles hot with your favorite toppings, such as fresh fruits, honey, maple syrup, whipped cream, or almond butter.
